Corporate compliance software was an area lagging in ease of use for a for a while. Convercent is a software product set out to simplify the employee experience of submitting HR claims and improve the way that companies track HR issues. The goal was to reduce the amount of burden on employees and make tasks of HR managers easier.

As a member of the design team I was responsible for user research, wireframe design, visual design, and contributed code to our .Net development environment.
